# AI Tour

AI for the in-person tour: record it, summarize it, score it, and see what happened next. Better tours, better follow-up, full visibility.

## Why it matters

The tour is the highest-intent moment in the senior living sales process, and until now it has been the least visible one. A phone call can be pulled up and reviewed. A tour happened in a hallway, and the only record of it was whatever the salesperson remembered to type afterwards.

* Your most important sales conversation was invisible to everyone who was not in the room.
* Follow-up depended on recall, so the details that actually close a family were the first things lost.
* Coaching a tour meant walking along on one, which does not scale across a portfolio.
* When a tour did not convert, there was no way to tell a genuinely poor fit from a missed step.

## What you can do

* Record in-person tours and see recording coverage across every community.
* Get an AI summary of every tour: who toured, who they were touring for, and what matters to them.
* Score each tour against a structured rubric of senior living tour skills.
* Measure interaction quality, including talk ratio, discovery questions and patience, against best practice.
* Track the outcome of every tour and act on the ones that need follow-up.
* Search across all of your tours by keyword, community, team member or lead.

## Products

* [AI Tour Agent](/products/ai-tour/ai-tour-agent.md), records, summarizes and scores in-person tours, then reports on interaction quality, rubric performance and tour outcomes across your portfolio.

## How it fits with the rest of Further

The AI Tour Agent is the tour half of a pair. [Community Call Coaching](/products/ai-phone/community-call-coaching.md) scores the phone conversation that books the tour, and the [Sales Training Agent](/products/ai-phone/sales-training-agent.md) turns what either one exposes into practice. Read together, they cover the call, the tour, and the coaching loop between them.

## Getting started

The AI Tour Agent is enabled per organization and per community. Talk to your Further contact about turning it on, then see [AI Tour Agent](/products/ai-tour/ai-tour-agent.md) for how recording, scoring and reporting work.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.talkfurther.com/products/ai-tour.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
