# Eldermark

The **Eldermark CRM integration** is by default a one-way sync between Further and Eldermark, where Further pushes Leads.

***

### CRM Integration Support

The **Eldermark** integration supports:

* **Lead Push**
 * Push leads from Further sources (VSA, phone, web forms, chat) into Eldermark.
* **Lead Notes**
 * Conversation context or webform details pushed as a note on the lead.

***

### Configuration Options

The Eldermark integration offers flexible configuration options:

* **Adding Conversations to the Communications tab**
 * By default, all conversations are pushed to the **Notes** tab, but we can map these transcripts/webforms to the **Communications** tab if preferred.
* **Mapping Rules**
 * **Interest Level/Lead Score Map** - Maps Further's Lead Score to Eldermark and applies an Interest Level (cold, warm, hot)
 * **Referral Source** - By default, we set the Referral Source in Eldermark to Further/Further-VSA, however we can customize the primary source label in Eldermark and map a secondary source if preferred.
 * **Care Type Map** – map selected care type into Eldermark (e.g., IL, AL, MC).

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.talkfurther.com/integrations/crm-integrations/eldermark.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
